On-Demand Care:

Our enhanced service for non-food items provides intervention such as Dry Ice replenishment and gel pack reconditioning/exchange, safeguarding the integrity of temperature-controlled shipments delayed in transit. Please note that this service is not available at all locations, not guaranteed, and must be booked via Customer Service.

ICL Express Delivery Signature Options:

Choose from four delivery signature options at the time of booking your shipment:

* No Signature Required: Receive the package without a mandatory signature.

* Indirect Signature Required: Mandate a signature from someone at the delivery address, neighbor, or building manager.

* Direct Signature Required: Make a signature mandatory from someone at the delivery address.

* Adult Signature Required: Ensure a mandatory signature from any person of legal age at the delivery address.

ICL Express Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) and Electronic with Originals (EWO):

Efficiently streamline international shipments by electronically uploading customs documentation for pre-clearance, minimizing the risk of delays. Electronic with Originals (EWO) allows customers to upload customs documents for countries/territories requiring paper copies, ensuring early broker reviews and advanced notice to resolve issues. Our document upload system minimizes the chance of missing paperwork, providing a seamless experience for your shipments.
